Was just flicking through TV, waiting for Top Gear and MOTD, when I realised Channel 4 talking about those terrorists again, oh I mean Muslims. Anyways the program was called Divorce: Shariah Style.

They showed at Sharia council a Muslim legal institution, which offers Muslims advices about various matters, the program concentrated on couples and mainly women.

To me it seemed like they are trying to portray Shariah as something negative, they kept mentioning the punishment for thieves (hand to be cut) and adulterer (killed). Call me an extremist but I don’t see anything wrong with that, Shariah solves a lot of inhuman deseases that exists in our lives, I mean seriously what is the point of keeping pedophiles, rapists, adulterers and murderers alive? As one of the Imam said Shariah law will make governments life easier and they don’t have to worry about making new jails.

As usual the documentary had slightly dark underground look to it, a lot of shooting was done without any lights in the dark… wonder what that was about? also I thought they were trying to scare the Britons into thinking Islamic laws are creeping into British legal system.

sorry if bits of this post don’t make sense, i’m half a sleep!

Eid Mubarak to all the Muslims, Insha’Allah I will be celebrating it tomorrow. Unfortuantly I couldn’t take a day off from my part-time job, so have to work 5 hours, but luckily Alhamdulilah (Praise be to God) I will not be missing the Eid prayer.

Anyways because it’s Eid tomorrow, me and two of my mate thought it would be a good to get something from Oxford street. On the way the bus stoped in holborn so thought rather than waiting for the next bus we would walk, as it’s 10minutes away.

While walking a black man went pass us and shouted “Don’t terrorise the street!”, initially we didn’t hear what he said properly and thought he didn’t say what we think he said as he was smiling, so we asked him, “sorry, what was that?” and he kept on smiling.

So anyways my friends were a bit shocked, not because the man said that but shocked because usually we tend to receive these comments from non-muslim whites.

It’s a bit funny too, because we didn’t judge him, nor shout “don’t stab me for my mobile phone”, relating him to constant knife crime by the black community.
