Seeing that a lot of Muslims use image hosting sites, I thought of why not we have our Muslim version? And all the money that we earn through advertising can go towards a Muslim charity. Insha’Allah this will be one way of helping the Ummah.

Assalamu’alykum,
We have (alhamdulilah) started taking baby steps towards our biggest web development project yet. I won’t be mentioning any details into what this project consists of, however it’s not something that hasn’t been done before. It has been a successful venture for few non-muslims and one muslim webmaster in particular.
So far we have the concept (i’m still writing it down to create a solid foundation), budget (we should have all by end of this month, insha’Allah), domain name (sal.am) and server (iGraphic server).
